Desde Gene Kelly cantando bajo la lluvia no había vuelto a ver nada que me diese tan buen rollo en un día lluvioso.

“Cloudy” es un corto de animación creado por el increíble equipo de FriendsWithYou.

Así es como hablan de su proyecto:

“Este corto es una expedición por las nubes. La idea de nubes cantando y realizando sus distintas actividades alegremente nos demuestra que todo en nuestro mundo tiene un propósito. Un dulce paisaje visual y sonoro transporta al espectador en un viaje privado por el cielo… Una obra de arte cuya pretensión es trasportar al espectador a un estado alegre y relajado.”

Windows of New York es un proyecto semanal ilustrado que surgió para calmar la obsesión de José Guízar, un diseñador gráfico que vive en la ciudad de Nueva York.

Su obsesión por las ventanas neoyorquinas nació durante sus incontables paseos diarios por las calles de la ciudad y fue in crescendo desde su llegada a la Gran Manzana.

Ahora ha decidido compartir esta obsesión con nosotros en forma de semanario ilustrado, un bonito proyecto que es por un lado una oda ala arquitectura y por otro un reto personal para nunca dejar de mirar hacia arriba.

The Windows of New York project is a weekly illustrated fix for the obsession of José Guízar, a Graphic Designer who’s living in New York City.

His obsession for windows started out in his countless steps of journey through the city streets and it has increasingly grown in since chance put him in that town.

Now he has decided to share this obsession with us as an illustrated weekly, a beautiful project that is part an ode to architecture and part a self-challenge to never stop looking up.

Let‘s Travel Somewhere es un proyecto ideado por la fotógrafa Nisa Maier con el que se ha propuesto conseguir captar la esencia de todos los países del planeta. Pero como un sólo viajero jamás tendría tiempo de ver o fotografiar el mundo entero, Nisa ha recurrido a la ayuda de una serie de fotógrafos repartidos por todo el globo. A día de hoy, Nisa sigue buscando aliados, así que si eres fotógrafo/a y quieres aportar tu visión del mundo, no dudes en contactar con ella.

Lo que más me gusta de este proyecto es no sólo la idea, que me parece genial, sino también la cuidada selección de fotografías y, por supuesto, el increíble trabajo de diseño llevado a cabo por Ines Gamler. Un sitio impecable y lleno de vida para deleitarnos la vista.

Let‘s Travel Somewhere is a project by Nisa Maier. She wants to capture the essence of every country on the planet through stunning photographs and gripping stories. But there is a problem, ‘because a single traveller can’t live to see it all’, so for that reason Nisa has asked for the help of several photographers who live in different places around the world. Today, Nisa continues searching new accomplices, so if you are a photographer and want to contribute sharing your worldview, just contact her.

What I most like about this project is not only the idea, that seems great to me, but the thorough selection of pictures and, of course, the amazing design work made by Ines Gamler. This is an impeccable and full of life website to delight the eye.
